The 24/7 support assistance is completely true, but first, you will communicate with the bot as I did. It sends a message where you have to choose one option. But as it seemed to me, I got a real support specialist after a few messages with the bot.

My experience

Is GoNerdify scam? I asked this question many times since the company looked very suspicious. I did not have a personal account and direct communication with a writer. Moreover, they sent a payment link that looked rather unreliable.

Fortunately, I received my paper, and they did not miss my deadline. But having read an essay, I realized that those support agent's words "I found a Nerd with a Master's Degree for you" were a complete lie.

Order form

Why does no one mention in the GoNerdify reviews that there is no order form at this service? The "ordering process" consists of providing paper details in the messenger, and the support agent finds an appropriate writer. By the way, it is possible to send a picture with instructions or additional materials for your assignment. As for sources, you can indicate what should obligatory be included in the paper.

They offer an abstract and outline for free, but if you need them, you have to mention it while "placing an order." You can also purchase a plagiarism report that costs $12, and you will get a link to a certified report proving that your paper is plagiarism-free.

Discounts and pricing

Due to the specifics of this site, there is no way to get the price estimate before ordering a paper. When I asked about the approximate price, the support agent demanded my paper information and did not want to tell the price. Awful! Just imagine that after providing information for 20 minutes, you will find out that the price is too high and you cannot afford it!

Later I learned that the paper cost depended on the type of writing assignment, length, and deadline. Nevertheless, the support specialist continued to request my paper details and clarify information. I do not understand why there are no complaints about such terrible service in GoNerdify reviews.

As for discounts, there is a Welcome promo, but it is not mentioned on the website. I got the information from the support agent, and he said that a new client could receive a $10 bonus to the account, and it was applied to my order as a discount. But I had to provide my email address to top up my balance with them.

Revisions

You will not find information about their revision policy, and there is not even a mention in the Terms and Conditions. According to the support agent, the client can request unlimited free revisions within 30 days after the paper's approval. However, the company provides a free revision if they see that the comments from a student or his/her professor are reasonable.

Final quality

Is GoNerdify reliable? I just want to say that my paper was of poor quality. I would forgive some mistakes in the written essay and even turn a blind eye to the weak structure and boring content. But the plagiarized paragraphs really upset me. Thus my verdict in this review on Gonerdify.com is to stay away from this writing service.
