The website of these guys is minimalistic and contains only the most important information about the service. Its design is rather generic with standardized buttons, fonts and choices of colors in general. Therefore, I suppose that such lack of visual attractiveness and a significant lack of information will be appreciated by the newcomers who've never ordered a paper online.

For example, despite the fact that the website contains a price calculator, it does not have a separate page with a full spectrum of price options available for the buyers. The same goes for the description of extras that are only offered on the order page.

In total, it's undoubtedly a well-made website, but its weaknesses are too apparent. If you want to read my detailed Powerwritings review, be patient, I'll do it a bit later. 

Customer support

In short, I'm totally satisfied with the Support Team of this company. As usual, I've been asking for some info about discounts, especially for long-term clients. Kevin, the Support Agent has responded quickly and in a friendly manner. He's generated the discount code for me and explained what discount do they provide.

So, as you can see, these guys provide more than adequate assistance to their potential customers. I'm totally satisfied with it.

My experience

This time, I've ordered 3 pages of an article review on Psychology, University level, 2 days deadline. In total, I've paid $102 for the paper.

Eventually, I've got the paper at the last minute of the deadline and I had to waste several hours on revision because the writer did not do an article review, but instead, he just paraphrased the most important parts of this article.

So, I had to waste additional 10 hours for him to revise the paper and get the job done according to my instructions. Thankfully, I've got a passing grade for this paper but I really wish my writer was more responsible in terms of preparing the paper.

Order form

It's simple and rather easy to understand. Moreover, if you forget to include some information about the paper you're about to order, the form will tell you that you've forgotten to include something. In general, it's an okay order form, but there's an issue with it.

The issue with the order form is its attempt to charge the buyer more than it's required. For example, if you choose the APA paper format in the order form, it will automatically add Abstract page as an extra for your paper. I get it, APA format needs an Abstract, but why adding it without the buyer's permission? It's not fair and honest, guys.

And despite the fact that the prices of the company are not the highest on the market, it's still rather shadowy to include extras by default.

Anyway, once you're done checking and choosing all the needed details of the order, you're being forwarded to the payment page, where you can use either your credit card or PayPal account to pay for the paper.

Discounts and pricing

As I've already told you, there's not much we can say about the prices and discounts of these guys. You can ask the Support Team nicely about the poweressays discount for your first order, which will be 5%. As for the rest of the discounts, they are given as special offers via email. And it's unclear what is the amount of these discounts.

The prices vary massively; though, you have to calculate the price on your own according to your paper details. For example, High School paper with 14 days deadline costs $9 per page; the same paper with 8 hours deadline will cost $25 per page.

Of course, with higher academic level, the prices will also go drastically higher. In particular, the Ph.D. level paper with 14-days deadline will cost $35 per page, if you change the deadline to 24 hours (because they don't offer urgent papers on Ph.D. level), the price will be $83 per page.

Also, don't forget about the extras that can make your paper even more expensive. All in all, you can order a cheap paper of high-school level, but you have to invest significantly if you want to have a more complicated paper.

Revisions

I like the fact that the Revision Policy of this company contains more than enough details to explain the overall process. In particular, it says that a client has 10 days after the order's delivery (approval) to send the paper for revision. If the client exceeds this time limit, he'll be asked to pay additionally (which is fair, IMO).

As for me, my revisions were immediate because I wanted the paper to be revised ASAP. Hopefully, it helped and the writer revised the paper properly.

Final quality

It was okay, I've got a passing grade for this paper despite the fact that there were certain areas requiring improvement. In particular, my professor has said that the paper should have been more analytical than descriptive.

As you remember, the task was to make an article review. Therefore, the writer did not really make an article review, it was closer to the article summary instead.

Writer`s proficiency

I mean, I've got what I've paid for. I have chosen the cheapest writer available for my order. Thankfully, he had the job done and didn't fail my assignment.

However, it was clear that his English was not perfect and that he did not understand my assignment from the first attempt. The good news is that he was clever enough to revise the paper according to my comments. Anyway, it was a decent writer for the price I've paid.

It was rather surprising for me to know that not much is being said about this service. In particular, I did not find any TrustPilot or Sitejabber reviews.

There were some reviews on different blogs and review websites, but they seemed to be too biased. It was more than clear for me that the reviews made by those websites were either bought by the company or written by its competitors.

I've decided to find some Powerwritings reviews, and I failed too. It made me really suspicious. If the service is reliable and popular among students, there is, as a rule, a lot of feedback. What a pity, I found no Powerwritings.com reviews on Trustpilot and Sitejabber.

Therefore, I cannot guarantee that my experience with these guys is standard practice for all the clients. It's rather suspicious that we cannot clearly see, what exactly is being said about these services online.
